Nanakorobi Nene est une jeune cyborg qui vient emménager chez sa tante Korobase résidant sur l'île de Cenancle. Cette île est réputée pour son essor et sa technologie de pointe, attirant de nombreuses entreprises ainsi que des célébrités du monde entier.Au cours de son trajet en bateau, Nene se lie rapidement d'amitié avec une inventrice du nom d'Uzal Delilah, ainsi qu'une cyborg à son service : Clarion.Peu de temps après leur arrivée sur l'île, un désastre se produit. Dans le but de sauver la ville et protéger une de ses dangereuses inventions (BUER) d'une mystérieuse organisation, Uzal confie Clarion ainsi que l'unité centrale de BUER à Nene. Elle lui permet aussi d'utiliser le « Pandora Device », un programme débloquant temporairement de nouvelles compétences.Nene réussira t-elle à faire régner la paix sur l'île avec l'aide de Clarion ?
