Nous sommes en 2017. Sept ans se sont écoulés depuis que le Nouvel Empire de Britannia a déclaré la guerre au Japon. C’est alors que la fille s’interpose. Avant de mourir, elle parvient à accorder à Lelouch un pouvoir le mettant dans un état second, à partir duquel il a la possibilité de donner un ordre à quiconque. Un pouvoir qui force l’obéissance absolue.Que se passera-t-il ? D’où vient cette fille ? Qu’adviendra-t-il de Lelouch ?
